In Taunton, December 12, 2015 Maria C. (Freitas) Rebolo, Age 78, passed away in Marian Manor Nursing Home following a lengthy illness. Maria was the loving wife of her late husband Jose F. Rebolo. She was born in Madeira, Portugal, the daughter of the late Joao DeFretas and Maria Rosa (DeGaranito) DeFreitas. Maria was a seamstress who was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who cherished her time with her family. Maria leaves her children Elvio Rebolo and his wife Licinia of Taunton, Michael Rebolo of Chicago and Alan and his wife Kerry of Taunton. Maria also leaves her grandchildren Mitchel, McKenzie, Murphy and Maddox. She also leaves her brother Francisco Freitas of Argentina and sister Alcinda Andrade of Arlington, Ma. Funeral home visiting hours from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, Ma 02780 on Wednesday, December 16th at 10:30-11;30 AM. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony’s Church at 12 pm. Burial in Mayflower Hill Cemetery in Taunton.
