Annabelle K. Dickey-Hunt

Annabelle K. Dickey-Hunt, 94, of Anderson, died December 7, 2015 at St Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
She was born on October 9, 1921 in Anderson the daughter of William and Isabelle (Hellert) Oberlies. She was a 1939 graduate of Anderson High School and worked as the bookeeper for Madison County Association for Retarded Citizens and the Independent Federal Credit Union. She attended East Lynn Christian Church, where she experienced substantial spiritual growth over her life and benefited greatly from its leadership and loving congregation.
She is preceded in death by two husbands, David E. Dickey and Estel Hunt.
She is survived by her three children: Kathleen (David) Myer of Hilton Head Island, SC, Dan E. (Patricia) Dickey of Hill City, SD, and Janice R. Dickey of Anderson; six grandchildren, Elizabeth (John) Reader; John Myer; Ann (Lon) Erickson; Josh Dickey; Erin (Chris) St. Peter, Brianna (Eric) Hansen; 13 great grandchildren, Sarah Reader, Rachael Reader, Lydia Myer, Luke Myer, Thomas Erickson, Trevor Erickson, Jane Erickson, Cole Dickey, Indiana Dickey, Riis Dickey, Jane St. Peter, Cameron St. Peter and Calvin Hansen; sister, Mary Alice Planck and a brother, Larry Oberlies; several nieces and nephews; and her entire loving and devoted Hunt family.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service, 229 South Rangeline Road; Anderson with Pastor Julie Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to the service.
