Obituary

BELMONT — Louise Rogers, of Belmont, went home to be with our Lord on Dec. 6, 2015, after recently being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She had just celebrated her 77th birthday with friends.

She was born on Nov. 15, 1938, in Laconia. Louise attended the Gale School in Belmont. Louise worked hard at her family farm on Rogers Road, and spent her entire life there, where she loved to be near the animals, especially the horses. She earned many awards and ribbons while showing her animals at the Belknap County 4-H Fair over the years.

Louise enjoyed taking pictures, gardening, visiting with friends, and fried clams. She attended the United Baptist Church of Lakeport for many years, and the Evangelical Baptist Church in Laconia. She was cared for by many loving and devoted friends and neighbors for several years. She will be greatly missed.
Her friends and church family would like to thank the staff at LRGH for their care and compassion during her last two weeks.

A memorial service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015 at the Evangelical Baptist Church, 50 Washington St., Laconia.

Memorial donations may be made to the Evangelical Baptist Church in her name for support of the care ministry that served Louise during her last few years. Donations can also be made to the NH Humane Society in remembrance of her love for animals.
