Olivia Rosa (50) of Brockton formerly of Cape Verde died December 8th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center.
She was born in Mosterios, Fogo, Cape Verde daughter of Eugenho Soares and Maria DaLus Goncalves of Brockton. Olivia enjoyed socializing with family and friends, dancing and listening to music.
In addition to her parents she is survived by 4 sons, Zinho Gomes of Fogo, Paulo, Walter and DeNilson Gomes all of Brockton, Jerssy Helena Soares Rosa and Claudia Gomes of Praia, Cape Verde, 4 grandchildren, Sofia, Rafaela, Livia and Junior, 4 brothers, Eugenho, Mario, Alvarino and Joao, 4 sisters, Dju Dju, Licinha, Solange and Veronica, several nieces and nephews including Claudia Tavares, Djiny DeAndrade and Pedro Rosario all of Brockton.
Funeral Services will be held from the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel Monday December 28th at 8 am followed by a Funeral Service in the Nova Alianca Church 38 Mystic Ave Brockton at 9 am. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery. Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Sunday December 27th from 5-9 pm .
