Henry W. Donaldson,93, passed away December 6, 2015.
He was a life-time member of Valley View Church, and retired from American Standard and a member of the pipefitter Union, he is an Army Veteran of W.W. II recipient of three Purple Hearts, 7 Bronze Stars and gold cluster.
He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Donaldson; sister Dorothy Hartgrove.
Survived by his children Barbara Schmelz (David), Patty Berla’ (Ed) and Larry Donaldson (Cathy); brother James K. Donaldson; two sisters Bertie Smith and Ruth Curtis; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; three great-great grandchild.
Funeral service will be at 11 Thursday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West).
Visitation will be Wednesday at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
