Houchens, Anita Sue (Jeffries), 66, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 in Louisville.
She was born to Tubal and Ona (Langdon) Jeffries.
Anita was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church, and a LMPD Traffic Officer.
She is preceded in death by three brothers.
Anita is survived by her daughter, Lisa Sanders; three grandchildren, Jordan (Shelby), Chynna, and Langdon Sanders; three brothers, Terry, Aubrey, and Jerry Jeffries; and six sisters, Betsy Bugg, Patti Turner, J.J. Sprowles, Phyllis France, Sharon Burden, and Pamela Wise.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:00AM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway; entombment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday from 2:00-8:00PM at the funeral home.
