Frances L. (Johnson) Watson of Plymouth ,died peacefully in her home on December 5th after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry Watson. Loving mother of Robert Watson and his wife Nancy of Plymouth and Alan F. Watson of Plymouth and the late Harry Watson Jr. Cherished grandmother of Christopher Walters and Eric Watson. Frances is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Born in Boston on October 15, 1920 a daughter of the late Robert and Agnes (Conley) Johnson, she was educated in the Boston schools growing up in Dorchester. Frances settled in Quincy with her husband and then eventually moved to Plymouth where they summered in Manomet for many years before making their permanent home there. She worked for many years as a Bookkeeper prior to getting married and then devoted her time to her family.
A Funeral service will will held on Wednesday December 9th at 11:00 am in the Davis Funeral Home 619 State Rd. Plymouth (Manomet). Visiting hour from 10 till 11 prior to the service. Burial in Blue Hills Cemetery in Braintree.
