Edeltraud (Mang) Fetko, 72, of Manchester, died December 3, 2015 at Catholic Medical Center after a long illness.
She was born in Kaiserslautern, Germany on August 2, 1943 to Arthur and Wilhemina (Lundmesser) Mang. She lived in Germany for many years before coming to New Hampshire with her husband in 1975.
Edeltraud worked at Bradlees Department Store, Ames Department Store and was a licensed nurse aide at St. Teresa Manor all in Manchester for many years. She was also a housekeeper and cook at Blessed Sacrament Church in Manchester. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, cleaning and caring for her granddaughter, Olivia.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Kathleen M. Fetko and by her sister, Annalise Hampe.
The family includes her husband of 56 years, John “Jack” Fetko of Manchester; four children, John B. Fetko III and his wife, Martha, of Twin Mountain, Jeffrey A. Fetko of Manchester, Eric A. Fetko and his wife, Sanja, of Luzern, Switzerland and Joyce K. Foskin and her husband, Ron, of Manchester; six grandchildren, John IV, Christopher and Matthew Fetko, Kimberley and Devin Fetko and Olivia Foskin; and a niece, Elvira Jacob.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, December 7, 2015 at Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Elm St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory in Manchester assisted the family with arrangements.
