Mrs. Carmina Itrato, age 72 died at home Saturday, June 4, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Antonetta (Sabella) & John Fricia. A Medford resident since 1976, she was formerly of Cambridge & Boston´s North End.
Carmina and her husband “Malinky” Joseph Itrato have been married for over 50 years, celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary on December 5, 2004. Carmina was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She most enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter Krystal. Carmina also enjoyed her trips to Mohegan Sun Casino with her family to try her luck with the slot machines.
In addition to her beloved husband Malinky and her loving granddaughter Krystal she is survived by her devoted daughter Donna Nichols and her husband John of Tewksbury. Sister of Anna Corolla of Needham, Rita Cicchetti of Cambridge and John Fricia of Medford.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Tuesday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
