In Taunton, November 27, 2015 Joseph Fruzzetti Age 83, passed away suddenly in Morton Hospital. Joseph is survived by his loving wife Virginia (Groves) Fruzzetti. He was born in Bridgewater, the son of the late Alderico & Helen (Harden) Fruzzetti. Joseph was employed as a mechanic at Reed & Barton Company in Taunton until his retirement. He belonged to the Happy Hearts in Berkley and was a volunteer fireman in Berkley. He enjoyed hunting in Maine, fishing, working on cars and above all cherished his time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Joseph leaves his children Joseph D. Fruzzetti of East Taunton, Pamela Wilcox of Harrison, ME and Karen Phillips of East Taunton. He also leaves his nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Joseph also leaves his sister Rose Fruzzetti of Florida and his brother James Fruzzetti of Bridgewater and was preceded in death by his other seven siblings. A funeral home service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Friday, December 4th at 7 pm. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours prior to the service from 4-7 pm. Burial will be at Pleasant St. Cemetery in Raynham at 10 am on Saturday.
