Gilford-----Heather Constance Richardson (Jenkins), age 54, of Mountain Dr., Gilford, NH, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 27, 2015 at the Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, MA. She was born on January 11, 1961 in Worcester, MA, the daughter of the late Earle M. and Eleanor I. (MacNeill) Jenkins.
Heather received a Bachelor's Degree in English from Assumption College in Worcester, MA. She was a homemaker and also worked as a substitute teacher at the Gilford Elementary School for six years. Heather had a beautiful voice and was a frequent soloist and member of the Gilford Community Church Choir. She also enjoyed crocheting, reading, acting and warm summer days at Lake Shore Park in Gilford.
Heather is survived by her husband of 16 years, Kenneth Stevens Richardson, Jr. and their son Alex Steven Richardson. She is also survived by her brother Earle "Skip" Jenkins, Jr., his wife Mary, four nieces and three nephews.
Services will take place on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 12:00 PM at the Gilford Community Church, 19 Potter Hill Rd., Gilford, NH with a reception to follow immediately.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Heather's name to the Gilford Community Church.
