Janice R. LeBlanc, 65, of New Bedford died November 28, 2015 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Albeny J. and Lucille (Galipeau) LeBlanc, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
She attended Lifestream in New Bedford.
Her family would like to thank the caregivers and staff that have touched her life over the years.
Survivors include her sister, Rita Nazareth and her husband Leonard of Rumford, RI; her brother, Leo LeBlanc and his wife Leidi of New Bedford; several nieces and nephews; her extended family at her group home including her roommates, Patricia Ausmus, Lorraine Levrault and Donna Sylvia, staff and caregivers.
She was the sister of the late Paul LeBlanc.
Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 9th at 10 AM in Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 121 Mt. Pleasant St. New Bedford. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visiting hours are omitted.
