Gordon, Marjorie Visnick age 72 of Sharon, formerly of Milton, passed away peacefully November 27th at her home, surrounded by her loving family and the wonderful Hospice workers from Steward Home Care, after a courageous five month battle with lung cancer. Beloved wife of 52 years of Kenneth Gordon. Mother of Scott Gordon of Millington, TN and Jennifer Ireland of River Vale, NJ. Grandmother of almost identical twin grandchildren Ian Michael Ireland and Shane Gordon Ireland, also of NJ. Sister of Sandra Cohen of Worcester. Marjorie was a graduate of Milton High School, Class of 1960 and Chandler School for Women, studied two years at UMass Amherst and attended Aegean Institute in Athens, Greece. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, Marjorie suggests donations in her memory to any of the charities that she supported throughout her life, such as Special Olympics, Wounded Warrior Project and the Animal Rescue League.
