Evelyn F. (Fuller) Pitcock, 87, of Anderson, died November 23, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis following a brief illness
She was born on April 4, 1928 in Alexandria, IN the daughter of Arthur and Almeda (Gross) Fuller. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1946 and was a life long Anderson resident. She was employed by Delco Remy for 13 years retiring in 1986, and prior to that had worked at Brockway Glass. She was a member of Eastview Church of the Nazarene
She is survived by her husband, of 46 years, Wade M. Pitcock and special friend, Barbie; sister, Carolyn Cole, daughter, Linda (Max) Wortman of Anderson, Ralph (Vicki) Kabrich of Chiefland, FL; several grandchildren including Melissa (Mike) Castor, Steven (Stacy) Surface, Kim (Jessie) Durrance, Kris (Shannon) Silliven, Katie (Brent) Dukes, and Jenni (Joe) Owens, and several great grandchildren. Stepchildren: Diane (Dana) Anderson, Brenda K. (Gary) Flowers, and Dan W. (Laura) Pitcock .
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Cecil Gunter, her parents, 3 brothers,2 sisters.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 10 AM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service, officiated by Pastors Tom Chapman and Mike Clark. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
The family prefers that memorial contributions may be given to the Animal Protection League in Anderson.
