Obituary

Melissa (Dinardo) Dias, a longtime resident of Charlestown and former 10 year resident of Arlington, entered into eternal life suddenly due to a long term illness on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at her home in Charlestown. She was 35 years old.

Melissa was born in Boston on April 4, 1980, a daughter of Mark A. Dinardo and Darlene M. (Taylor) Dinardo. She grew up in Arlington where she was educated in the Arlington Public School system. Melissa was a homemaker where she enjoyed the quality time she was spending with her children and she also enjoyed reading.

Melissa is the loving mother of Brendon, Gianna, Olive May and Isabella. She is the wife of Shaundell Dias. She is the beloved daughter of Mark A. Dinardo and Darlene M. (Taylor) Dinardo. She is the beloved sister of Justin and his wife Tanya. She is the loving aunt to Anthony, Logan, Jordan, and Amberly. She is the beloved granddaughter of Bradlee Taylor and Arlene (DeFilippo) Taylor, Joseph Dinardo and the late Josephine (Haskell) Dinardo. She is the Goddaughter of Ellen Johnson and Matthew Taylor. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Melissa was loved by all.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Melissa's Funeral Service on Monday, November 30, 2015 at 10 A.M. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. Her burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Winchester. Visiting hours will be on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 2 to 5 P.M. in the funeral home.
