Jerry Ann Rockwell, 68, of Yulee passed away Friday, November 2015.
She was born January 18, 1947 in Rensselaer, IN and moved to Yulee in 2006 from Jacksonville, FL.
She was a volunteer and supporter of Meals on Wheels for Pets - Nassau and member of Telephone Pioneers. Jerry was a wonderful friend who enjoyed a party, the beach crochet and baseball.
She is survived by her mother, Jessie Purdy, of Yulee, FL; a brother, Jerome Rockwell, who lives in New Mexico; several other relatives and many friends.
There will be a celebration of her life at 2:00 p.m. on January 18, 2016 at her home.
In lieu of flowers it is suggested that memorial donations be made to Meals On Wheels - Nassau, 17 South 7th Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
