MARBLEHEAD - Peter Napierkowski, 80, husband of the late Elizabeth M. (Flagg) Napierkowski, died Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the Devereux House in Marblehead.
Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Michael and Francis (Leroux) Napierkowski.
Prior to his retirement, Peter was employed as a semiconductor engineer and consultant for companies from Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Florida and Texas. He was a member of the Amateur Telescope Makers of Boston in the 1980's. He also enjoyed music, hiking, outdoor photography, gardening, and walking his dogs. He was a resident of Stoughton for over 35 years.
He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Cynthia Napierkowski of Salem, Gordon Napierkowski and Kelly Moore of Plymouth, two grandchildren, Christin and William Napierkowski of Salem, one brother, David Napierkowski of Roger City, Michigan and several nieces. He was predeceased by one brother, Michael Napierkowski.
At Mr. Napierkowski’s request, private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, Salem.
