George E. Moulton, age 75 of Medford, passed away June 1st following a lengthy illness. He was the beloved husband of Rose Mary (Sheehan). Born in Wakefield he was the son of the late Ethel (Scott) and Albert Moulton.
George was the former owner and operater of Moulton´s Seafood of Medford. He started the business with his father and ran the business for fifty years prior to his retirement. George was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War and was a member of Medford´s V.F.W. Post 1012 where he served twice as the Post Commander. George was also a member of the Advisory Board of Culinary Arts for the Medford Vocational Technical School. George also enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and was an avid reader. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Cobb Memorial School, c/o Sister Mary Thomas, P.O. In addition to his beloved wife Rose Mary, He is survived by his children, Patricia Amirault and her husband Ronald of Warwick, RI, George Moulton Jr. and his wife Christine of Vero Beach, FL, Thomas Moulton and his wife Charlotte of Medford, Judith Meier and her husband Stephen of Wilmington, Arthur Moulton and his wife Colleen of Tewksbury, Virginia Bazarian and her husband Stephen of Arlington. He is also survived by fifteen loving grandchildren and is further survived by his sisters Ruby Clemente of Andover and Louise Morgan of Murrells Inlet, SC. He is predeceased by his brother Albert Moulton.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Saturday, at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church 118 High St. Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 thru 9. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
