Betty L. Wall, 80, of South Williams Street, Johnston, died Thursday, November 19, 2015 surrounded by her family at Elmhurst Extended Care in Providence.
Born in Pampa, Texas, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Hazel (Wells) McPherson. She had lived in ElPaso, Texas and Fairfax, Virginia before moving to Johnston four years ago.
She is survived by her daughters: Debra Enright and her husband, Raymond, of Johnston and Donna Spivey and her husband, Eric Spivey of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, her five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was mother of the late Stephen Brock and sister of the late Edgar McPerson and Patricia Boone.
Her funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Tuesday at 1pm in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Visitation respectfully omitted. Burial will be private.
