Gibson, Jr., Mark “Marc”, 52, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center, Louisville.
He was born in Alexandria, VA., was a pianist, singer and songwriter.
He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Marjorie L. (Dodson) Gibson; and a brother, Lewis Rogers.
Survivors include his parents, Mark and Doris Gibson Sr.; his siblings, Sharon Graca (Paul), Teresa Rogers, Darrell Rogers (Lisa),
Cheryl Mitchell (James), Christine Tuell (Jerry) and Marci Benningfield; several nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be 3:00 – 8:00 PM Sunday.
