Fred T. Key, Sr.
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, November 18, 2015, Mr. Fred T. Key, Sr., 86, loving husband to the late Sallie Key.
Fred was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection. He served in the United States Navy and worked as a meter reader with Richmond County Water Works.
Family members include son: Fred Thomas Key, Jr. of Hephzibah; granddaughter: Tasha Lewis of Tampa, FL; grandson: Michael Vernon of McDonough, GA; and 3 great grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by his daughter Cheryl Key.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastor David Hunter, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
