Obituary

Fotopulos, Gloria M. (Conway) of Newton, formerly of Greenfield, MA, November 18, 2015. Loving mother of Mark Fotopulos of Greenfield, and Elaine F. Tocci of Newton. Devoted grandmother of Giovanina Tocci, Mia Tocci, and Alex Fotopulos. Beloved sister of Peter Conway of Cohasset and the late Jack Conway.

A Class of 1946 Graduate of Greenfield High School, she headed the Committee for their 50th Reunion in 1996. She was a Legal and Real Estate secretary for many years, and later in her career worked for Attorney Gary D. Gruber until 2009. Always involved in the local community, Gloria was a Board member of the Junior League and volunteered many hours at the Greenfield Medical Center, as well as heading numerous events and shows sponsored by this charitable group. Gloria loved ballet, movies, plays and was a voracious reader. She was in charge of all administrative responsibilities for The Dance Ballerina School and the Ballet Arts Repertory Ensemble from 1966-1980, and was always active in the Arts community in Franklin County. Among her favorite destinations were Cape Cod, Nantucket, Cohasset to visit her brother and sister-in-law, and Boston. A former member of the Greenfield Tennis Club and PTA.

Visiting hours in The Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury on Tuesday November 24, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Gloria's memory to the American Stroke Association.
