Kinahan, William Gerard, of Roslindale, formerly of Jamaica Plain passed away on November 18, 2015 after a long period of declining health.
He was born on September 30, 1931 to George and Anna (Connor) Kinahan. Bill grew up in Jamaica Plain. He was a graduate of Boston College High School, Bentley College, and Boston College. He had a long and fulfilling career in the broadcast industry until his retirement.
He is survived by his loving wife of sixty years Adelina, their children and spouses, Gerard Kinahan, Susan Kane (and the late Richard Kane), Patricia Kinahan-Smith and husband Vincent, Michael Kinahan and wife Mary LeClair. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Lucie, Robert, Ian, Bridget, Matthew, Georgia, and Luke.
Funeral from The Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury on Monday November 23, at 9:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in The Holy Name Church at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Visiting hours in the funeral home on Sunday November 22, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
