Marion L. (Gray) Demers, a resident of North Andover, formerly of Andover and Tewksbury, passed away at the Academy Manor Nursing Home in North Andover on Sunday, November 15, 2015. She was 90 years old.
Born in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, on April 26, 1925, she was the beloved daughter of the late John J. and Margaret M. (Jennings) Gray. Marion was an LPN and had been employed by the Tewksbury State Hospital for more than 22 years. She had also worked for the Mother Goose Nursery School in Andover for more than 18 years. Marion was a very caring person and provided home care for those in need. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her loving son; Michael A. Demers of North Andover, daughter and son-in-law; Kathy A. and her husband Doug Wilcox of Wichita, Kansas, grandchildren; Eric M. and his wife Monica Demers of North Andover, Angela Croxton and Bran Hastings of Kanas, and great grandchildren; Sydney and Ryan Demers, Mallory, Eli and Marshall Croxton. She was also the loving grandmother of the late Adam J. Demers.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex Street, on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at 9:30 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend.
