Teri Suzanne Whiddon, 35, of Ashburn passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015 at her residence.
Born on February 12, 1980 to Buddy and June Whiddon. Teri was a member of the Ashburn First Baptist Church. She was also an ICU Nurse at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany for 12 years before joining Albany Pulmonology and Critical Care as a Nurse Practitioner.
She is survived by her son, Griffin Whiddon of Ashburn; parents, June and Buddy Whiddon of Ashburn; sister, Angie Whiddon of Cumming; brother, Will Whiddon of Ashburn; maternal grandmother, Faye Gilley of Sycamore; paternal grandmother, Hester Whiddon of Ashburn; and a special friend, John McDuffie of Ashburn.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Ashburn First Baptist Church with interment to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn. The family will greet friends beginning at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
