Cherished grandmother of Kelli-Ann Loper, Robert Heffernen, David Loper, Alicia Loper, Dawn-Marie Hernandez, Edward DiGiulio, Jr., Christopher Loper, Robert Loper and the late Jenna Loper. Born in Chelsea and a resident here until 7 years ago, when she moved to Virginia to be closer to her daughters, Dottie passed away Friday afternoon at the Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg, Virginia at the age of 79. During her working years she was a home health aide and worked for the Chelsea Soldiers Home.
