HAVERHILL: Paul Clark Wilkins, 61, died unexpectedly on Saturday, November 7, 2015 in Bradford. He was the beloved husband of Linda (Carey) Wilkins. They shared thirty-six years of marriage.
A life long resident of Haverhill, Paul was born on September 3, 1954 and was the son of the late Earle C. and Lettitia (Warburton) Wilkins. He was a graduate of the former Haverhill Trade School. He was presently employed with Raytheon for the last forty-one years as a machinist.
Paul was an active man who enjoyed camping and vacationing with his family and frequently fished at his favorite spot in Haverhill, Plugs Pond. He was a man who tinkered in many areas and could be best described as a “jack of all trades.” His personality traits are what truly made Paul the man that he was. He was good natured, thoughtful, and a selfless man who thought of others more than he thought of himself. He will be sorely missed by his family, friends and co-workers.
He was the dedicated father of three children, Jonathan C. Wilkins and his wife, Jennifer of Pelham, NH; Christopher C. Wilkins and his fiancée, Megan L Huard of Bow, NH and Kelly P. Wilkins of Haverhill; siblings, Roger E. Wilkins and his wife, Patricia of Haverhill and Donna E. Ringenwald and her husband, Thomas of Amherst, NH; father-in-law, Robert F. Carey of Haverhill; sister-in-law, Janet L. Becker and her husband, Philip of Newbury and several nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by his mother-in-law, June Carey.
A Funeral Service for Paul will be held on Friday, November 13th in the Transformation Road Church, 284 Kenoza Avenue, Haverhill at 11 a.m. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 12th in the Linnehan-Grondin Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Avenue, Haverhill from 4 – 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
