Natalie (Clarke) Floyd, of Norton, died on November 8th at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late William F. Floyd and beloved mother of John C. Floyd, Amy Vandermaelen, Barry R. Floyd, Paul A. Floyd, Liam C. Floyd, Francis P. Floyd and the late Gavin L. Floyd, stepmother of Steven Floyd and William Floyd, Also Nana of 20 grandchildren.
Natalie was an elementary school teacher in both public and parochial schools for over 40 years. While she loved teaching children, she always had an interest in teaching adult literacy. After her retirement from teaching, she volunteered her time with non-profit groups in the Norton area helping adults learn to read.
Her memorial service will be held on Saturday November 14th at 11:00AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. ( Rte. 58 at the rotary Circle) Whitman. Visitation will be held prior to her service from 9:30-11:00AM
