Paul David Rohacik, 65, of Mystic died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London.
He was born on December 18, 1949 in Greenwich, Connecticut the son of Michael P. and Evelyn (Chiesa) Rohacik. He graduated from Greenwich High School and received his Master's Degree from the University of Connecticut. Paul taught in the Agri-Science Department of Ledyard High School for 34 years retiring in 2005. He also served as Tree Warden for the Town of Stonington.
He is survived by his sister Lyn Harris and her husband Jerry of Virginia and niece Lauren B. Gazzola of New York City.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother Robert M. Rohacik.
Paul's family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, November 10, from 5 to 8pm at the Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Mystic. Burial will be private for the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Ledyard High School Agri-Science Department, 24 Gallup Hill Road, Ledyard CT 06339.
