Mercelene “Merci” (Long) Davis, 81, passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 surrounded by her family.
Merci was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
Preceded in death by her grandson, James Damon Meadows.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Dave Davis; children, Linda M. Martin (Timothy) and Don Davis (Suzanne); grandchildren, Roy L. Meadows, Aaron N. Davis, Natalie M. Davis, and Leslie M. Word; eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Monday 11:00 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Burial in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Central at a later date.
Visitation will be Sunday 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M at the funeral home.
Donations may be made to American Lung Association in Lieu of flowers.
