Martin "Marty" O. Foley, 58, of Anderson died November 2, 2015 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born January 20, 1957 in Virginia son of Gerald and Sally (Parrish) Foley.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Marty was self-employed in construction primarily in Madison County.
He loved riding his motorcycle. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Deborah L, (Snead) Foley of Anderson; his parents Gerald and Sally Foley of Leesburg, FL; four children, Eric Foley; Lisa (Donald) Ellis; Jennifer (Evan) Pruett and Jamie (Kevin) Goodwin all of Anderson; four siblings, Tony Foley; Joey Foley; Rick Foley and Julie Jackson; seven grandchildren, Austin, Tyler, Preston, Jacob, Noah, Caleb and Dayton; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Obid and Irene Foley.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 6 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Jim Harrison officiating. Burial will be in East Maplewood Cemetery with military graveside rites.
Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home
