Elizabeth P. Gardner
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, November 1, 2015, Mrs. Elizabeth P. Gardner, 100, loving wife to the late Furmon M. Gardner.
Mrs. Gardner spent most of her life in Little Rock, Arkansas. She retired as a teacher with the Little Rock School System. She was a long time member of First Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School. After moving to Augusta to be with family she became a member of Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church. Mrs. Gardner was a loving wife and mother and a true Christian woman.
Family members include her son: Dr. F. Michael Gardner and wife Jean; granddaughters: Bryn Hamilton and husband Bill, Wendy Gardner; and great grandchildren: Will Hamilton and Wesley Hamilton. She is preceded in death by her son, Richard Gardner.
The graveside service will be private.
