Pearl Mae (Pierce) Tate, 93, of Anderson, went to be with the Lord November 2, 2015 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
She was born November 8, 1921 Salem, Arkansas to Fred J. and Stacey C. (Wolford) Pierce.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her two daughters, NJ Elmendorf of San Antonio, TX and Phyllis Schaefer of Plattsburg, MO; grandchildren, Dirk Elmendorf, Brett Elmendorf, Laurie (Schaefer) Fenton; two great-grandchildren, Max Elmendorf and Zoe Elmendorf.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Rev. Marvin L. Tate.
Services will be 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Ed Hyatt of South Meridian Church of God. Entombment will be in East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to South Meridian Church of God, 2402 Meridian Street; Anderson, IN 46013.
