NORTH WATERBORO- Christine P. Foster, age 83, passed away on Oct. 31, 2015 at her daughter's home.
Born on Feb. 4, 1932 in Island Falls, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Sarah (Curry) Parent.
She attended grammar school in New York City and graduated from Mount St. Mary's in Hooksett, NH. She attended Farmington State College.
In 1951, she married Leon and began their family in CT. Chris/Leon spent many years in Vero Beach and Englewood, FL. Chris enjoyed traveling, and entertaining family and friends.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband- Leon; a brother- Lawrence Parent; and step father- Frank Ketchum.
Christine is survived by her children- Christine Schuler (Carl) of Falmouth, Joan “Joanie” Foster (Alan) of North Waterboro, and Leon M. Foster (Tricia) of FL; brother- Stephen Parent (Judy) of AZ; grandchildren- Lauren Schuler Dickerson (Doug), Matthew Schuler (Pamela), and Chadwick Foster (Sarah); her special cousins- Joyce and Diane; and bestie- Lois “GG” Dunbar.
A private graveside service will be held at Strong Village Cemetery.
