MANUEL DAVID VALDIVIA
Manuel David Valdivia, 62, of Ventura, has passed away at home on October 30, 2015 surrounded by loving family after a long battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Christine Valdivia; his children Manuel, Angie, Christopher, Shannon, Benny, Nellie, and Lynette; his grandchildren Breanna, Kayla, Julia, Manuel, Layla, Mia, Aliesha, Isaac, Christopher, Annaliese, Kaylyn, Anessa; his great-grandchildren Angelo, Robert, and Benicio; his siblings Rudy, Eddie, Sivlia; his nephew Rudy and Eddie; his niece Cassandra; and many other family members.
He transitioned from this life with the guidance from his mothers Virginia and Angie, his fathers Rudolpho and Pilar, and his daughter Alicia, all who preceded him in death.
He provided, protected, and loved hard.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Friday November 6, 2015 from 4 to 8pm in the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME 757 E. Main Street Ventura, where a Most Holy Rosary will be recited at 7pm in the Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian will be celebrated on Saturday November 7, 2015 at 12Noon in San Buenaventura Roman Catholic Mission, Main Street Ventura followed immediately by interment in Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, Ventura.
