William E. “Will” Jones, Jr. 37, lifelong of Taunton passed away on the morning of October 28, 2015 at Morton Hospital following a brief illness. Will was the father of Andrea L. Jones, Dylan W. Jones and Derek W. Jones all of Taunton. He was the beloved son of Cheryl Marques and his step-father Jose of Florida and beloved son of William E. Jones, Sr. and his wife Susan of Taunton. Will leaves behind his step brother Noel Levasseur and step sisters Cheri Levasseur and Karyn Holden. Mr. Jones is also survived by 7 aunts, 10 uncles, many cousins and his former wife Marcie Luz Jones.
Will was born on November 26, 1977 in Taunton. He attended Taunton High School and went on to work for Porto Delivery Co. as a furniture delivery crewman. Will enjoyed fishing and trying his luck on scratch tickets. He routed avidly for the Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots. His true passion was his children, who will recall their dad as; “an amazing dad.” Will is going to be loved and missed by all who knew him.
Visiting Hours will take place on Sunday November 1st from 7-9pm. Cremation will follow at Woodlawn-North Purchase Crematory in Attleboro. Graveside burial services will take place at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.tauntonfuneral.com
