WANDA JEAN (ROBINSON) KLAPHEKE, 80, passed away on October 27, 2015.
She was a retired employee of St. Anthony Hospital and Vencor.
Preceding her in death was her husband, John W. “Jack” Klapheke, her daughter, Paula Marie Klapheke, her granddaughter, Laura Marie Klapheke, and her mother, Ruby Robinson.
Survivors include her sons, Jesse William “Rusty” Klapheke (Theresa) and Brett Christopher Klapheke (Mary Ann); grandchildren, Jacob Klapheke (Rachael), Melissa Hubler (Tyler), Tommy, Catie and Nathan Klapheke; and great grandchildren, Barrett and Mason.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 2- 8 p.m. Thursday.
