Worcester- Charles W. Mosher, 68, of Worcester, died Thursday May 26 in the Odd Fellows Home.
He leaves his wife of 47 years, Cecile G. (Angers) Mosher; two sons, William H. Mosher and his wife Donna of Worcester, Robert A. Mosher and his wife Laurie of Worcester; three daughters, Deb Mosher of Worcester, Linda M. Biddle and her husband Thomas of Fayettville, NC, and Jeanmarie Witts of Worcester; his father, Ernest W. Mosher of Hudson; a sister, Carole Barton and her husband Edmond of Hudson; seven grandchildren; a great granddaughter; nephews and nieces. He was born in Pocatello, Idaho, son of the late Theoni (Angelo) Mosher and was raised in Hudson. He later lived in Marlborough, before moving here in 1971. He graduated from Hudson High School.
Mr. Mosher was a journeyman and carpenter and later a warehouse worker at the T.J. Maxx Distribution Center, retiring in 1997.
He served with the National Guard as a Sergeant with Co. B, 1 / 110th ARMOR, Massachusetts Army National Guard. He served for 9 years.
The funeral will be held Tuesday May 31 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 35 Hamilton St. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, North Grafton. Calling hours are Monday May 30 from 5 to 8 pm in the funeral home.
