John C. Votta Sr. of Dedham, died May 27, 2005 at the Brigham & Womens Hospital in Boston. He was 94. Mr. Votta was born in Boston and was the son of the late Luigi and Thersa (Langone) Votta. Mr. Votta lived in Dedham for many years and he worked as a salesman.
Beloved husband of the late Carmella (Coco) Votta. Devoted father of Theresa Votta of Cambridge, John C. Votta Jr. of Lowell, and Ronald Votta of Walpole. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Brother of the late Peter, Louis, Michael, Anna, Rose and Angie.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, on Wednesday at 10:30 am. Funeral mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham, at 11:30 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours on Tuesday from 4-8 pm. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
