Raffi, Charles L., Jr. 88, of Woburn, formerly a 50-year resident of Winchester, died on Oct. 21, 2015. Charlie, always a friend to those he encountered, will be deeply missed by his wife Rita Curtin Raffi, four children Rhonda, Donna, Charles, III (Chip) & Lionel (Curt) and eleven grandchildren. After attending Arlington High School and Harvard University, Charlie ran the sales division of Raffi & Swanson, Inc., an industrial coating & adhesives manufacturer started by his father. An avid golfer, Charlie is a past President of The Winchester Country Club and served on the Board of Directors of The Winchester Hospital, Middlesex Trust Bank and BayBanks.
