WALKER, Barbara (Brumleve) Boydston, 69, of Louisville, passed away Monday, October 19, 2015.
She had worked at Bacon’s and Dillard’s in the cosmetics department and was also a member of St. Mary’s Healthcare Auxiliary. She also modeled for Alix Adams for 2 years.
Barbara was preceded in death by, James “Beau” Walker, Sr.
She is survived by her son, Andrew Carr Walker (Aimee); step-sons, James Walker, Jr. (Tracy) and Kenny Walker (Julie); grandchildren, Brittney Marie Walker, Jon-Michael Walker, Jacob Dwayne Walker and Madilynn Carr Walker; brother Bill Brumleve (Michelle); aunt, Catherine Boone; the love of her life, Duane Edwin Boydston, her soulmate and the best caretaker she could have ever asked for in life; step-daughters, Melissa Boydston (Josh), and Amanda Cano (Florenco); and best friend, Renea Briggs.
Visitation will be Saturday 1-5pm at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road. Memorial service will follow at 5pm.
