Lawrence H. Dorsey age 63 of Stoughton, formerly of Jamaica Plain passed away October 19th at the Beth Israel Medical Center in Boston. Born in Boston, he was raised in Jamaica Plain, and graduated from Jamaica Plain High School. He previously lived in Roslindale and has lived in Stoughton since 2007. He worked as an Electrician for Affordable Electric in Stoughton for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with his family. Beloved husband of Marion G. (Benson). Father of Laura Burke of Worcester, Tod Dorsey of Roslindale, Donna Connaughton and her husband Richard of Stoughton, Melissa Flaherty of Stoughton, and Bruce Campbell of Fall River. Brother of Carol Noe of Taunton, Rosie O’Brien of Walpole, Kenny Dorsey of Attleboro, Michael Dorsey of Hyde Park, Andy Dorsey of Roslindale and the late Frederick Dorsey and James Noe. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends invited to attend visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Thursday 2-6 pm.
