Antonio Valentin (69) of Brockton died October 19th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was the husband of Carmen (Malave) Valentin.
He was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico son of the late Estanislao and Juana (Amaro) Valentin and was a Brockton resident since 1986. He was a landscaper by trade. Antonio enjoyed playing poker, domino's and traveling to the casino's. He especially enjoyed his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 4 sons Jose, Jimmy and Alexis Valentin all of Brockton and Carlos Valentin of Taunton, a daughter Carmen Valentin of Brockton, 17 grand and 3 great grandchildren, 4 brothers Lito, Pedro, Yuco and Luis, 5 sisters Ana, Ivette, Carmen, Mariana and Awilda Valentin.
Funeral Services will be held in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Friday Oct. 23rd at 10AM. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery. Visitation Thurs. Aug. 22nd from 6-9PM.
