Anthony “Tony” Erich Tramutola, age 62, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Friday, October 16, 2015 at his residence.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Tony was born February 19, 1953 in Mineola, New York to the late Anthony and Gisela Huebner Tramutola. He worked as a Glazier in the Glass industry. He was a graduate of Mineola High School in Mineola, New York; he also served honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He moved to Fitzgerald/Ben Hill County in 1996 when he and Debbie purchased a home here. Tony was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Tifton, Georgia.
Survivors include his companion of twenty-five years: Deborah Schulz of Fitzgerald, Georgia; sons, Keith Burns and Christopher Tramutola both of New York.
