Richard “Rick” L. Wells, 66, passed away Friday October 16, 2015 at Baptist Hospital East.
He was born in Louisville to Wilber Ordell and Mary Thelma (Hord) Wells.
Rick was a retired Truck Driver for the old Allied Ready Mix.
He was preceded in death by his Parents and a Brother.
Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Cheryl L. (Douglas) Wells; a Son, Jason Wells MD (Betsy), 2 Daughters: Denna Wells Evans and Melodye Halter.
3 Grandchildren: Dusten Evans (Kristina), Lauren Evans and Dexter Wells; and 3 Great Grandchildren; and a Sister: Debora Wells.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
Visitation will be Monday 2 – 8 PM.
