Lyyli V. (Jacobson) Drinan, 90, of Uxbridge, died Sunday, October 11, 2015 at her home. She was the beloved wife of William D. Drinan who died in 1989.
Born in Red Eye, Minnesota on November 30, 1924, she was the daughter of the late John and Jenney (Polvinen) Jacobson.
Mrs. Drinan was a resident of Uxbridge for the past eight years and formerly resided in Franklin.
She loved to read and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Donna Piccinin of Port Charlotte, Florida, Diane Dickie of Uxbridge, William Drinan of Johnston, Rhode Island, Michael Drinan of Bellingham and Daniel Drinan of Florida.
She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Dennis Drinan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at New Calvary Cemetery in Roslindale on Tuesday, October 20 at 11 a.m.
