Mr. Brian A. Godlewski, of Fall River and formerly of Taunton, died Saturday, October 10 in the Lahey Clinic Hospital, Burlington, following a lengthy illness. He was born 56 years ago in Taunton, the son of the late Nield and Ann R. (Cruz) Godlewski. He was educated in Taunton and had been a Fall River resident for 5 years. Brian was employed as a truck driver for several area firms. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, was an avid, lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, and spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews, particularly at family holiday dinners.
He leaves: 2 brothers: Wayne Godlewski of Taunton, and Jeffrey J. Godlewski of Pawtucket, R.I.; 1 sister: Lynne Smith of No. Attleboro, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Brian was also the brother of the late Nield Godlewski, Jr. and Robin Ohler.
Visiting Hours will be held at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, Taunton, on Monday, October 19, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
