Robert L. Thomas, 81, of Tifton passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A private service and burial will be held for Mr. Thomas at a later date.
Mr. Thomas was born January 24, 1934 in Calhoun, the son of James Howard Thomas and Helen Smith Thomas, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Thomas. He was retired from the United States Navy.
He is survived by his sister, Melinda Hartley of Tifton.
