Devoted mother of Suzanne Waters of Tahoe City, CA, Kathleen Drabik and her husband Christopher of Acton, Christine Shapiro and her husband David of Natick, Timothy Waters and his wife Sarah of Medway, and Gregory Waters and his wife Kristen of Mansfield. Loving sister of Marie T. O’Neill of Westwood and the late Father Joseph F.X. Sullivan and Edna K. Sullivan. Loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren.
Barbara was a graduate of Fitchburg State College, a volunteer at St. Mary Church, Dedham and a retired school teacher at the Avery School in Dedham.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons, Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, Tuesday, October 13 at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary Church, Dedham at 9am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Monday, October 12 from 4-8pm. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Barbara’s memory to the Stanley Tippett Hospice Home, 920 South St. Needham, MA 02492.
