James A. Addison

James A. Addison, 71, of Anderson, died Sept. 30, 2015 at Countryside Manor after an extended illness.
He was born March 5, 1944 in Newport, Kentucky to John Allen and Idella Mae (Clos) Addison.
He worked for Muncie City Bus System and later worked for Clark Oil Company for many years.
He enjoyed working on cars.
Survivors include his daughter, Samantha Hess of Sanford, FL; seven siblings, Lois Hinson of Elwood, Miriam Holloman of Ft. Mitchell, KY; Joe Addison, Linda Addison, Cyndi Harshman, Denise Harless, and Karen S. Addison all of Anderson; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Don Addison.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Thurs. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Ned Clark officiating. Visitation 2 hours prior to the service. Burial of cremated remains will be in Forrestville Cemetery in Summitville.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family for funeral expenses.
